This might be useful to someone, so I thought I would just throw this out here. This will be a guide to incoming Freshmen that will be leaving on campus. Here we go, there are a few things you should do before you get to school. If your going to live on campus and away from home remember you are now in charge of supplies. I know this may seem like an easy thing to understand but there will be students who assume that the dorm or your roommates will be taking care of such items as paper towels, cleaning supplies, and even sometimes soap. Sometimes toilet paper is provided by the dorms but you may still want to bring your own.

Now if your dorm assigns you a roommate randomly and they give you their contact information, don't be afraid to contact them. Don't assume they are going to take the first step. Remember they are new at this as well, they could be just as nervous as you are. A few things you might want to discuss with your new roommate could include who’s going to bring shared items such as TV, fridge, and cable chords.The next step is double check everything. Make sure everything you packed is in your car and is not sitting in your house. I cannot stress this enough, people often leave behind towels, pillows, comforters, and even chargers. The things that you always carry with you or most likely to be left behind.Another thing you might want to make sure you have is poster or something to put on your wall. Remember you might not to able to paint the walls of this room but you can still make this room your own. Bring posters, wall decals, funky comforters, and cool lights.WELL I WILL WRITE SOME MORE TOMORROW I HOPE SOMEONE FINDS THIS INTERESTING.
